About Us

Panama City Golf Carts LocationPanama City Golf Carts, LLC has been in the golf cart industry since January 2001. Randy Couch, the founder and owner is formerly from the suburbs of Atlanta, GA and after owning Amoco Convenience stores for 30 years, he decided it was time for a slower pace and moved to Panama City Beach, Florida.

Randy responded to an ad in the paper and now Panama City Golf Carts is a family-run business with Lynn, his wife managing the office and John, his son managing the parts and service shop. The Family also relies on Andy, the Shop Tech for service and support.
